Terms & Conditions – Standing Tide Crew Management LLC (SMS Communications)

Standing Tide uses SMS to provide:

• Crew scheduling and shift notifications
• Operational updates and service alerts
• Safety and compliance notices
• Administrative or HR communications
  Message frequency will vary based on operational needs.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us in accordance with the TCPA, FCC rules, and CTIA guidelines. Consent is not a condition of employment or contracting.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. You are responsible for any charges.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and network.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or an authorized employee/contractor of Standing Tide to participate.
